Avv. Mario Colizzi

Mario Colizzi is the founding partner of Colizzi & Associati.
A law graduate from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he is registered with the Bar Association of Modena.
Mr Colizzi mainly deals with mergers and acquisitions, insolvency law, and pre-insolvency proceedings, including providing assistance in the preparation of debt-restructuring and recovery plans for businesses in distress.
He has been assigned to oversee in-court debt-restructuring proceedings and as the court-appointed liquidator in numerous insolvency proceedings; he is also on the boards of directors of various enterprises in Italy; Mr Colizzi provides advisory services for out-of-court matters, as well as assistance and defence in court.
